DelawareGOODS COMPANY

Privacy

Delaware Goods Company LLC sells products on several web pages. This page covers this website and every purchase from us. A product’s own web page may add its own notice.

This website

It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or ads. The Contact page loads Cloudflare’s Turnstile check (see “If you write to us”). It remembers your dark or light choice in your own browser and nowhere else. Cloudflare serves the pages and, like any web host, handles your IP address to deliver them.

When you buy

Stripe runs checkout and takes your payment. From Stripe we receive your name, your email address, the billing details you enter, what you bought and what you paid. We never see your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what Stripe does.

We use these details to deliver what you bought, to answer you, to handle refunds, and to keep the business and tax records we must keep. Every purchase gets a confirmation email, and some products also email your download. We use your address for that and for questions about that order, and for nothing else unless you sign up for something separately. A few products ask for extra details at checkout, such as a business name or a state; the product page says which, and we use them only to deliver that product.

If you write to us

The contact form collects the name you give (it is optional), your email address, the topic you pick and your message. Cloudflare’s Turnstile runs a short check in your browser to tell people from bots; Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers it. Our form does not store your IP address.

An automatic filter reads each message first. A message that looks like spam, scams or bulk advertising is discarded; we keep only its sender address and topic for 14 days, to check that the filter has not made a mistake. The rest is stored so we can answer it: up to a year for a message that looks like a question or an order, and up to 120 days for anything else, then it is deleted. We use it only to answer you and to show when you asked. Mail sent to the company’s support address, which is printed on Stripe receipts, goes through the same filter.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments and the confirmation email), Cloudflare (hosting, the Turnstile check on the contact form, and the filter on what you send us), and the email service a product uses to send your download. We do not sell your details.

Discord

If you ask us something on Discord, Discord’s own privacy policy covers that service. Do not post card numbers or passwords there.

Each product’s own web page

A product’s page may have its own privacy notice for anything else it does, such as an account or saved settings. That notice applies there.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and everything else no longer than we need it. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, use the contact form.
