Terms of sale

These terms cover anything you buy from Delaware Goods Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”).

What you buy

Each product has its own page that says what you get and what it costs. Prices are in US dollars unless the checkout page shows another currency. Everything we sell is digital: downloads, licence keys, and online services such as listings, passes and plans. The product page says which of these it is and, for an online service, how long it runs.

Paying

Stripe takes your payment at checkout and shows the cards and other payment methods you can use. We never see or store your full card number. This website is served over HTTPS.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered as soon as your payment goes through: on the page you return to after checkout, by email, or both, as the product page says. Online services start straight away and run for the period the product page states.

Starting straight away

At checkout we ask you to tick one box. It asks us to deliver or start straight away, and says you understand that you lose your right to cancel just because you changed your mind once delivery has begun (for an online service, once it has been fully provided). We confirm your request and your acknowledgement by email. What it means for you is set out on Refunds and cancellations.

Plans that renew

If a plan renews, the product page says so. You can stop it renewing by writing to us through the contact form before it renews.

Changes
